**Summary**:
Lead the human and capital resources of the warehouse areas, meeting the company's requirements regarding supply, storage and distribution of materials and finished products, and guaranteeing the supply of input and output of direct materials.
Get involved to understand inter-plant complaints and follows up on OS&D. Plan, coordinate, organize and control inventory activities, ensuring supply to the production lines in a timely manner; permanently seeking continuous improvement of the operation and optimization of resources to ensure the financial compliance of the organization as well as customer service
**Responsibilities**:
Strategy and improvements
- Create and implement the future strategy of network modeling to cover all the demand in proper and timely manner, optimizing storage cost, overflow reduction, and transportation time with the new logistics network.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement programs, as well as lead the logistics strategy that allows the viability of CAPEX projects in the region of Mexico.
- Review of RFP´s and help with the negotiations with the new suppliers
- Constant benchmark with other regions (USA and Brazil) to find any improvement in the operation, supplier, or reporting.
- Create strategies with the stakeholders to accelerate the turnover ratio in all the warehouses related to slow-moving, DDDs and DOH.
Audits
- Lead regular audits to maintain accuracy and reliability of the inventory records and data, guaranteeing all practices align with corporate and regulatory standards and ensuring the correct configuration based on allergens and refrigerate conditions.
Inventory Healthy
- Lead communication with internal stakeholders such as demand, planning, customer service, finance, quality, manufacturing, procurement, and import / export departments to improve the inventory healthy of all the warehouses and 3PLs in Mexico
- Lead the month and annual cycle counting processes, looking into the root cause of the discrepancies and implementing key actions to mitigate them.
Daily Activities
- Lead and manage human and capital resources ensuring that costs and losses do not exceed budgeted; ensure that areas are in safe conditions and actively engage in the investigation of incidents and follow-up to the closure of actions.
- Create the governance forum to implement and follow up key actions of KPIs warehouses with all the team involved or stakeholders.
- Verify the veracity of warehouse information (both internal and external) regarding inventories, rotation, inbound and outbound of finished product, raw materials and product in process, through the company's safety and quality regulation.
People
- Lead, and monitor team of Sr inventory planner, and 3PL´s leads maintaining oversight of their daily activities and fostering a culture of leadership and accountability.
**Education**:
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or a related field
- English Advanced
**Experience**:
- 5 years' experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation & Distribution

**Technical Knowledge**:
- SAP S4 HANA
- Data Analytics (power bi, excel, etc)
- Inventory Management
