Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

**Description**Our Molex division is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor for the Guadalajara Sur, Mexico Location.Molex LLC is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. Molex offers over 100,000 products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.**What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Responsible for the correct operation of the ASRS to ensure the material supply in time and quantity of all areas (molding, assembly, receipt and shipments.- Must ensure the accuracy and traceability of the existing inventories of finished product and raw material, as well as the follow-up of the area's key indicators (line stoppages and inventory aging.- Supervise the load, unload and supply of materials in the ASRS.- Supply materials against the production plan and routes established in accordance with FIFO, material handler board or any replenishment or supply process of raw material.**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in automotive manufacturing plants as area leader or warehouse supervisor- Understanding of warehouse, logistics and materials management processes- SAP working knowledge, WM module- Basic English- Leadership and experience managing warehouse personnelLI-AM4
