Purpose of the position:The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the Warehouse and Raw material management:PFEP (Plan for every part), updates and adherence, on-time and accurate SAP transactions, inventory accuracy of Raw material, on time daily Kanban fulfillment and Kitting availability by production plan. Analyzes all material discrepancies, maintains performance metrics and develops root cause analysis with corrective actions to drive a continuous improvement culture with subordinates and Team members. Leads audits, Trade compliance, safety and EHS across team members.Main responsibilities:Guarantee inventory accuracy in the warehouse above 95%, SAP transactions 100% effective and made on time.Validate and update the effective controls of preparation of kits, kanban system, to have availability of material on time on the floor for the execution of production.Develop-update standard work and process controlsto ensure inventory accuracy and transaction integrity.Review and update the general process of Kanban, selection of part numbers in kanban, analysis of min-max in kanban and process controls to guarantee the accuracy of the inventory.Monitoring of warehouse KPIs, development of training and certification plans for personnel to make their activities, implement and generate processes to help commitment and reduce turnover.**Requirements**:Bachelor?s Degree in industrial engineering, System Engineering, Business Administration, or related.Minimum five years of demonstrated experience in a fast phase Warehouse management environment.ERP Knowledge (SAP, JDE)Ability to lead, drive and ensure compliance with the standard work of warehouse teams.Understanding of state, federal and interstate commerce regulationsINTERESADOS DAR CLIC EN EL SIG.
