ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage warehouse operations complying with Safety and EHS procedures and practices. - Experience leading teams in world class company - Experience leading multicultural teams - Warehouse operations include Receiving, storage, kitting, shipping, and logistics functions. - Responsible for Inventory accuracy and successful execution of cycle count program. - Design/ Identify warehouse requirements for Industry 4.0 compliance. - ERP material flow setup for new products - Standardization of operation processes for all warehouse functional areas. - 5S reinforcement and implementation in warehouse - Management, coaching of warehouse and logistics personnel. - Management of multisite warehouses - Responsible for warehouse and logistics KPI - SKILLS: - Excellent communication skills - Customer service oriented - Planning and organizational skills - Analytical and problem root cause contention/resolution - English language, written and spoken minimum 90% - Teamwork

Experiência y requisitos

EXPERIENCE: - Essential: - Proficient in MS Office including Excel - Proficient in WMS technology - Minimum 7-year experience in materials/ warehouse management role - Experienced in shipping and receiving methodologies and practices - Experience with SAP knowledge a plus EDUCATION: Essential: associate or bachelor's degree
