**Job Description**:
Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of supply, replenishment, storage and distribution of the company's materials and products. Manages warehouse personnel and equipment, supervising the safety and hygiene of the area. Maintains a close relationship with the manufacturing team to optimize resources, without interruptions to the production process Receive, store, pack and distribute direct and indirect materials and finished product, strictly adhering to specifications and procedures to ensure quality and timely supply and meet the requirements of our customers and the objectives for production programs
- Shape the future:
Define the volumes of the new materials within the warehouse for its cubic capacity.
- Create something new:
Manage the budget for new company projects in storage and distribution costs.
- Use your creativity and freedom:
Coordinate and manage engineering changes, new projects for optimal raw material requirements in conjunction with production scheduling, engineering and customer service.
- Take responsibility:
Manage staff to supply supermarkets and production lines according to the program established by the programming team.
Manage the picking and kitting process from warehouses to assembly and other production areas.
Control physical inventory levels within the warehouse.
- Reliable implementation: Streamline and define engineering process landscape to be customer obsessed
- Think holistically:
Ensure compliance with cycle counts in a timely manner to maintain the accuracy of inventory in the warehouse and there are no shortages for production.
- Create cooperation:
Maintains direct communication with production areas for the optimal supply of materials
- Drive value add:
Align activities with work instructions and/or procedures based on the quality system.
**Qualifications**:
- Personality: you are a transformational leader, who is results-oriented and cooperative
- Experience and Knowledge:
Logistics, Supply Chain, Must have experience in manufacturing processes, quality methods, development and logistics systems, and purchasing preferred
- Enthusiasm: passionate about factory automation and leading change
- Languages: English.
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Administration or related degree.
