This will include contract negotiations, system technologies, process improvements, and organizational changes.- Accountable for Inventory Annual Audit ( Results & Organization )**Lead, analyze, and evaluate warehouse improvements that will support business growth**- Lead Standards implementation according global guide lines for the WH and improve the currents in order to achieve the Operational Excellence.- Monitors and improves throughput and efficiency- Digitalize Warehouse Operations.- Source to production all the raw´s packs and service in storage and handling to warranty factory and business continuity.**Development of team and talent pipeline**- Engage, coach and inspire team with a visible leadership approach- Develop successor and drive discipline around development plans- Guide the day to day activities of the team and oversee the implementation of all strategies focuses on MSE**QMP accountable**- MU QMP Internal Audit with zero critical findings.- Complete 100% of Q&FS Mandatory Training program.- Communicate product related incidents with impact in Q&FS- Implement changes, new process or new products in a safe manner in compliance with Quality & Food Safety standards.**Context and Scope****Explain how the job gets done and the way it operates within the team and with stakeholders**The Warehouse Manager is accountable for evaluating the performance and implementing new ways of working, routing, equipment, etc., that lead to higher throughput and material control.WH Manger is responsible for the control of the materials, inventory and results of the Annual Audits, coordinating all the activities needs in order to ensure this process control.Identify risk than can impact in the production continuity for the site in order to scale in proper time to avoid it.Will develop and lead strategic initiatives which deliver cost reduction, higher service levels, and greater logistics flexibility and capacity. Will also determine the most cost-effective ways to operate the warehouse without compromising the service level to customers and production linesWM will lead all efforts focused on Storage & Handling aimed to improve the following aspects: Service, Security & Quality, Cost and Capacity.Service: Will work with Customers Service, Manufacturing & SC Excellence to understand the needs of the customers (internal & external) in terms of service and other KPIs and then will take that understanding into action plans.Security & Quality: In collaboration with Security & Manufacturing will ensure all operations within the factory are in compliance with MARS standards
