The Operations organization is responsible for ensuring our customers have the smoothest, most delightful post-purchase experience possible, by managing the end-to-end supply chain from logistics, fulfillment, support, and more.
This team is deeply cross-functional and serves as the backbone for the entire company, with every department relying on the team for consistent delivery and optimization of all services we offer.
As Italic's first onsite warehouse employee, you will be playing an integral role in strengthening Italic's fulfillment performance and overall supply chain.
This role will require you to work closely with our 3PL partner to identify and improve fulfillment processes, analyze data in depth to drive greater decision making, and take on any operations related projects.
We are looking for someone who is constantly exploring new options to improve/grow our supply chain, proactive in their approach, and eager to go the extra mile!
Must be fluent in Spanish.
