Our Tijuana office plays a vital role in our global operations, and we are seeking a dynamic Warehouse, Shipping, and Inventory Manager to join our team and help drive our continued success.Position Overview:As a Warehouse, Shipping, and Inventory Manager at EDDY Pump's Tijuana office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and organized management of our warehouse operations, shipping processes, and inventory control.
You will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team and managing the flow of materials to support our manufacturing activities while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and quality.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.Oversee the shipping and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and other company locations.Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize inventory levels, minimize waste, and reduce costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality control, to maintain accurate inventory records and fulfill manufacturing requirements.Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and inventory personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve warehouse and inventory efficiency.Participate in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping, and inventory control, ideally in an engineering or manufacturing setting.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
