The four distinct operating units owned by AMTRACO are:EPSI – a distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with presence in all major global markets.STM – a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes.FAST – a distributor of tapes and related products for the framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets.SBM – a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate.Position ResponsibilitiesManagement of data entry into the ERP system.Order entry.Metric data collection, tracking, and summarizing.Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers including order status, deliveries, project updates.Shipping of customer orders.Perform inventory and cycle counts.Assist with purchasing and stocking the warehouse.Coordinate with Logistics providers.Skills & RequirementsAbility to multi-task and work independently.Collaborative nature.Commitment to confidentiality.Accurate and thorough with repetitive tasks.Problem solving, strategic & analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.Good math skills.Ability to work on your feet for sustained periods and lift 50lbs.Good organizational skills.Education Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Company Benefits:Competitive salary.Earned commission & sales quota bonuses.Earned vacation & personal time off.Paid holidays.AMTRACO and its operating units are proud to operate as a drug-free workplace.
