**Responsibilities**:
- Management of all Warehouse activities, in charge of balance workload of the team.
- Supervise, guide, assign task and responsibilities to the team, balance workload.
- Prepare risk assessments to ensure the personnel safety.
- Owner of Procedures required to meet Quality requirements for ISO and others.
- Develop procedures to ensure the activities are standardized and known by the personnel (receiving, storage, line feeding, shipping, MRO, Cycle counts).
- Warehouse Safety accomplishment
- Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Define efficient and logical material flow. Study the internal logistic continuously and implement improvements.
- Accountable for line feeding, Kitting and Kan Ban process.
- Implement and maintain pull systems, improvement on material handling process.
- Monitor inventory aging and damage risks, escalate incidences.
- Visual factory implementation
- Ensure record integrity, implement actions for root causes impacting record integrity.
- Industrios transactions accountability, Pull, Kan ban on IOS, scrap process on IOS, etc.
- Report status about the target's accomplishment
- API and Cycle count process accountable
- Escalation of important issues-problems and accountable for solutions.
- Develop value stream mapping on critical processes for continues improvements
- Implement KPI's for the area, monitor them and implement action plans for the ones out of target.
- Responsible to meet all Audits following procedures (ISO, CTPAT, others)

**Authority:
Leader for the Annual Physical Inventory and Cycle count process at plant level.
Administration of materialist, performance, and evaluations
Implementation of process for material handling
Determine Overtime required to support production.
Interview the materialist and select his staff
Stablish objectives for his team focused on Objectives.
Develop his team, give training required.
Develop procedures and up date as required to meet Quality standards ( ISO).
Execute the inventory transactions according to the Cycle count process
**Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a manufacturing, materials, and warehousing environment.
- electronics industry
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Working knowledge of ERP-MRP functionality (Industrios, SAP, Oracle, JDE, other),
- Bilingual English-Spanish.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong Leadership skills and teamwork
- Excellent Computer Skills (excel, word and Power Point)
- Positive Attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- APICS Certification preferred.
- Green belt
- Lean manufacturing
