.Job Description:Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift- Is responsible for the management of our inbound materials warehouse. The role oversees the team members that receive, store, kit, and deliver material to the production facility. The position will be responsible for the establishment and adherence of standard work procedures, training team members, and executing expected outcomes daily. They will work closely with several groups, including production, supply chain, finance, and logistics.Essential**Responsibilities**:- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.- Ensures that Terex health and safety policies and procedures are implemented and followed, as well as compliance to all local regulations.- Establishes and maintains standard work and procedures for warehouse operations.- Develops and manages KPI's for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale.- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.- Management of team members, including hiring, training, and performance management.- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.- Administers cycle count programs and ensures accurate inventory counts.- Formulates warehouse space requirements and improved methods of storage.- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.- Develops plans and actions for continuous improvement.- Utilizes problem solving tools and methods to resolve performance issues.- Development and adherence to AOP (annual budget)**Qualifications**:- Related technical ability and good understanding of Warehouse processes and equipment.- A minimum of 5 years successfully leading a warehouse operation.- Ability to read and understand bill of materials and product structure.- Flexible with strong teamwork orientation.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement.- Ability to work well under pressure.- Commitment and excellent understanding of lean principles.- Demonstrated ability to effectively implement change.- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), pivot tables, and TMS (Oracle MRP)Abilities- Operate in a fast paced, continuous improvement environment.- Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience coaching and training others.- Assess and improve material and information flow.- Develop and document standard work.Education and Experience- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a warehouse environment.- Minimum of 4 year supervisory experience preferred.- Bachelor degree or technical degree preferred, bur not required.- Experience in operation of forklifts and other warehouse related equipment
