Warehouse Supervisor

Overview:We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities.
You will be responsible for shipping, receiving and processing of material requirements in the VPC.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain special order programCoordinate delivery times and total hours for load building, checking and stagingPrepare delivery analyses to improve delivery efficiencyMaintain accurate records of all deliveriesEnsure deadlines are met daily and manage time as to coordinate workloadCoordinate and cooperate with other leads in their respective departments as neededAnticipate, communicate and resolve internal and external issues that could affect the warehouse optimization QualificationsMust have strong leadership, communication, organizational & customer service skillsShould have good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as basic math skillsMust be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity & be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basisPast job performance must reflect dependability, maturity, initiative, personal demeanor, & the ability to exercise sound judgment
