Danfoss is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. This position must have total control of all activities and responsibility for the quality control of the products found in the warehouse.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Use Lean Manufacturing Tools to assure we achieve productivity.Ensure that material is sent to production on time.Achieve all targets regarding delivery to customers (internal/external).Respond to all customer complaints and find the root cause.Be part of the 5S culture in the office and on the work floor.Participate in safety protocols in the warehouses and all Danfoss facilities, always adhering to the concept of Safety First.Conduct cyclic counting and implement continuous improvement strategies.Minimum QualificationsThe ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
