Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life of millions of people.Job DescriptionResponsible for executing and ensuring the standards that contribute to the performance of the warehouse (SQCD).Ensure the flow and distribution of material for production.Monitor the movement of materials, physical materials, and systems (SAP).Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating, and evaluating direct warehouse personnel.Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department supervisor.Manage logistics processes for receiving goods, stocking, picking, and shipping finished goods and waste.Organize the training needs of teams.Perform activities related to safety.Coordinate efficient communication between all teams regarding shipping/receiving, warehouse inventory, and internal material handling.Supervise the production system. Coordinate and effectively use different resources to meet targets on: Safety (including environmental), Quality, Delivery, and Costs, through the elimination of different types of waste.
