You will be responsible for managing a dedicated warehouse staff, driving productivity, and implementing best practices to meet our operational goals. Our TeamYou will be working within the Global Shared Plants (GSP) division, specifically focusing on our warehouses in Molex Guadalajara, including the Main warehouse, Montenegro, and the Distribution Center. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments such as Shipping, Distribution Center, Production Line Supervisors, Planners, Customs, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless warehouse operations. What You Will DoLead and direct strategies to ensure fluid warehouse operations across different shifts.Oversee all aspects of warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, distribution, inventory accuracy, and maintenance.Develop and implement metrics to control and optimize warehouse processes and space utilization.Interface with Purchasing to expedite material receipt and resolve invoice discrepancies.Ensure timely delivery of materials to the production line using efficient logistic models like Kan Ban, 2 bins system, and reorder points.Maintain inventory reliability through effective system transactions, movements, and cycle counts.Recruit, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance.Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules for warehouses resources like forklifts, docks, ramps, scanners, and other equipment.Support and implement 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs by following approved practices and procedures.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Professional degree.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively.What Will Put You AheadEngineering degree is a plus.Experience in Production Control or Planning.Well-versed in SAP or other ERP systems.Fluent in English, with at least 80% proficiency in spoken and written communication.Mid to high-level proficiency in Excel, including the use of functions like VLOOKUP, Sumproduct, and creating PivotTables and charts.Knowledge of Lean & Visual management.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
