Our associates make the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability of the machinery that keeps industry in motion.**Purpose and Scope**This position is responsible for supervising the Warehouse functions to ensure compliance with required processes and guidelines whilst accomplishing business plan objectives and customer related KPI's.**Responsibilities**- Supervise all warehouse processes and overall TQMS for the warehouses.- Create Standard Operating Procedure for Warehouse and Logistics.- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action for arising issues.- Inventory accuracy to be maintained within established margins, including cycle count/stock take coordination and bin accuracy within Corporate Compliance Standards and auditing principles.- Manage IDOC process: Both internal (Timken SAP - DWL) Idoc's as well as EDI IDOC's to be maintained daily with necessary corrective action taken where applicable.- Supervise total production planning; including, consumable store and packaging requirements.- Supervise Production order issuing and receiving ensuring on time delivery to customers.- Supervise the total receipts of imports and local components, including Production Orders.- Supervise packaging of product when necessary.- Supervise all Logistics and Shipping, including own truck, ensuring shipment dates are updated and accurately reflected in SAP.- Monitor and report on time shipping and on time receiving.- Work with service providers to plan and implement continues improvement plans to optimize efficiencies and reduce cost.- Ensure EHS is maintained in your areas of responsibility.- Supervise talent ensuring that associates are well trained, developed and engaged.**Technical/Functional Skills**- Strong analytical and computer skills with detailed knowledge of SAP.- Inventory management experience including cycle counting and physical inventory processes.- Ability to negotiate and manage service providers effectively.- Leader and coach with the ability to develop and motivate subordinates and delegate effectively.- Interpersonal & team skills.- Proactive leadership & decision-making.- Strong Communication.**Education / Experience**- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Manufacturing with 5+ years' experience in related field.All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
