**Job Overview**
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.
This position reports to: Warehouse & Logistic Manager.
**Responsibilities**
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible of:
- Observe EHS regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
- Space utilization and inventory techniques.
- Train, supervise and evaluate personnel.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Plan and schedule work according with the work plan.
- Maintain 5s +1 program (Housekeeping).
- Achieve the service level according with the production plan.
- Maintain picking performance above of standard.
- Complete the 100% of KITS and supermarkets on time.
- Receive importations based on FIFO within 24 hours.

- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Knowledge in Microsoft programs, expertise in Excel.
