Warehouse Supervisor

I. GENERIC DESCRIPTIONResponsible for managing, in accordance with company policies and procedures, the warehouse of raw materials, finished products, materials, or spare parts; for the reception, remission, identification, arrangement, and dispatch of these; for designing inventorysystems, housing, and classification of items that are handled. Requires technical studies or unfinished professional career, intermediate level of English, and experience of at least two years. Supervises the work of the warehouseman and the materialist.II. POSITION RESPONSABILITIESSupervising the whole process at stockroom (In's, out's, allocation, safety, security, chemical handling, etc.)Assigning, controlling, and supervising whole stockroom tasksKeeping accurate records about in's outs and balance in stockroomApproving ins and outs checking requisitions as neededIn charge of general stockroom physical inventoryTraining whole stockroom personnelDaily control cycle count process (executions)Daily control of requisition and kits process to maintain production runningDaily control of product requisition in external warehouse.Assure the correct management of FIFOComplete and provide daily reports as neededKeep stockroom in good conditions (Housekeeping, safety, security, 5's execution and control)Complete additional tasks as neededPromote and follow safety processes and proceduresIII.
