**Job Description**:
The Warehouse Supervisor manages activities related to the receiving, storing, and/or shipping of materials or finished goods: ensures materials are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory, and that finished goods are packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner. Reviews receipt of all materials to ensure purchase orders are open and the quality of materials received is correct. Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control. Ensures materials are available to meet production schedules and/or products are shipped as per marketing schedules. Establishes and modifies operational methods and procedures. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

- Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will lead by example, following all established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in the warehouse to ensure seamless receipt and dispatch of goods._
Duties & responsibilities:
- Ensures that Group and local health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives are implemented and understood to ensure safety of people and resources.
- Plan and implement projects for more efficient material flow thru the plant.
- Continuously improves warehouse operations using lean practices.
- Organize Annual Physical Inventory.
- Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
- Inspecting quality of incoming goods before storage, to ensure no damaged goods are received.
- Ensuring daily contact with suppliers to prepare for expected deliveries and ensure required resources and equipment are available.
- Participating in regular inventory control processes and reviews.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related.
- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, working with Warehouse activities.
- Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.)
- Knowledge of SAP system and MS Office.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Medium level of English.
