Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, you as a Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible to supervises daily activities of a medium sized warehouse staff to ensure that proper inventory levels and efficient use of space within the warehouse are achieved.
About Job:
- Contributes to the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement.- Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and training requirements to maximize productivity. Provides input to the performance evaluation of the team.- Supervises the daily activities of a team by monitoring productivity; accountable for results of the team. Trains new team members on processes.- Identifies areas for development and recommends ways to improve processes.- Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts an escalation point of contact.- Implements change management initiatives to improve metrics and performance.- Other duties as assigned.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
About You:
- Five to seven years of experience with at least two years at a supervisor level.- Supervisory skills.- Familiarity with warehouse operations.- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.- Knowledge in MS Office.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication skills.- High attention to detail.
