RESPONSIBILITIESProvide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are always understood and practiced by the team.Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt and storage of raw materials.Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.Identify and implement improvements within the warehouse (Inventory accuracy, space optimization) driving more productivity and cost savings.Supervise distribution of raw materials to production lines.Responsible for managing, storing, and labeling inventory put away into the warehouse.Supervise and control order picking, material in, material out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.Manage the implementation of engineering changes, production plan fulfillment, production trials, model changes, and NPI build ensuring robust product life cycles.Key member of organization & administration of annual physical inventory.Control of warehouse equipment to ensure full operational capacity and achieve daily targets.Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with Company's procedures and requirements.Ensure security of warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma.Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Logistics, distribution in a global manufacturing environment.Experience with MRP/ERP systems or other manufacturing/purchasing systems and Windows-based PC programs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Demonstrating Ethics and Integrity.Establishing Effective Teamwork and resolving conflicts.Building and Maintaining Relationships.Developing Others.Communicating Effectively.Managing Change.Analysis, Solving Problems and Making Decisions.Taking Risk and Innovating.Providing Customer Service.Managing and Developing Yourself—Self Awareness.Drive and High Sense of Urgency.Achieving Outcomes and Optimizing Processes, Procedures and Practices.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and interact effectively with personnel to accomplish tasks.Must be action-oriented with an eye for finding opportunity and solving problems.Must be able to operate in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, thus being able to adapt to a fast-paced workplace.Detail oriented with ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.#J-18808-Ljbffr
