The Warehouse Supervisor shall administrate the Warehouse Forklift Drivers of Landis+Gyr Reynosa in order to assure the effective and efficient supply chain services from Receiving, Warehousing, Logistics and Shipping areas.
In this role, the Warehouse Supervisor will:
Supervise the receiving process of direct and indirect raw material.Supervise the receiving process of other inputs for the manufacturing location in Reynosa.Supervise the warehousing of the direct material in our receiving area.Maintain the accuracy of the data in SAP for the assigned areas such as receiving, warehouse, finished goods and transfer locations.Release material to production area accordingly with the internal customers.Supervise the shipping process of finished goods/modules/RA's/raw materials & equipment to the customer.Track and solve issues related to customer shipments using the support of the Logistics Data Clerk.Responsible for the physical inventory of all SAP assigned locations in the 3 shifts.Implement and track every process used in the areas under the control of Warehouse/Logistics areas.Implement and track 5S discipline in the areas under the control of warehouse.Perform and track the reports/scorecards and goals/metrics assigned to these areas.Implement corrective and preventive actions due to internal audits or inventory analysis.Assure the required training to the personnel of the area.Supervise the Pharr DC operations and requirements.Work according to the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301.Required Skills: ERP system knowledge.Pull systems.Inventory analysis.Lean manufacturing.Apply the 5S in all areas under the Warehouse Supervisor's responsibility.FIFO system.Leadership.Team building.SAP.All warehouse operations.Required Experience: Bachelor's degree or 10 years warehouse field experience.If you have the drive and enthusiasm to accept this challenge and to work in a very dynamic, cross-functional and international environment, we are looking forward to meeting you.
