Warehouse Supervisor

**What you will do?**

Responsible for inventory accuracy and deliver material in the point of use in all the assembly lines as well designs inventory control system.

**How you will do it?**

Ensure consistency and accuracy of inventories. Prepare and analysis the inventory monthly reconciliation. Perform trends and variance analysis on inventory, obsolescence, slow movement. Ensure performance of cycle counts according to schedule. Prepare and manages the annual physical inventory. Ensure material availability on system on a timely basis. Develop and implement new methodologies, tools and process to manage the warehouse and inventory in an efficiency manner.

**What are we looking for?**

- **Intermediate English skills**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience managing stock and cycle counts.**:

- **SAP Knowledge**:

- Team work experience.
- Decision maker.
- Skill to work under constrained time scales and demanding work loads.
- Previous related work experience in Electronic, Metal Mechanical Industries. Air Conditioner industry (is a plus).
- Experience in Kitting and Kanban Processes
- Strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and six sigma.
- Good communication Skills and Analytical ability.
- Bilingual (Spanish - English) is desirable.
- Strong Knowledge of MRP system.
- University degree.
