Job DescriptionLeader and responsible for monitoring and achieving special improvement processes within the area.Management of processes, systems, unlocking, purchase orders, transportation and documentation to comply with the return of raw materials of IDR's accepted by the supplier without affecting inventories and supporting the collection of these materials.Analyze material flows, processes and systems in order to detect waste and maximize the use of resources to achieve considerable improvements in savings and time.Directly responsible for Vendor Returns management.Coordinate TPMs, STL, STT activities, in addition to maintaining 99% reliability and a minimum of 90% productivity.Responsible for the correct coordination of functions in the supervision of the area.Use of VSM and VSD tools to detect opportunities for improvement in the value chain.Elimination of waste (7 types) in processes through the proper application of BPS tools by the people involved.Coordinate BPS activities focused on improving quality, delivery and costs.Development of new initiatives, based on the needs of the floor (Gemba).Analyze, propose and implement improvements to the different material flows within warehouse processes (materials receipt, central warehouse, internal distribution, STL and shipping).QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Logistic, or similar.Labor History: several years experience in plant start-up or manufacturing.Experience and Knowledge: SAP, several years in logistics and planning. Languages: English Advanced.Personality: Very good communication and coordination skills, result-oriented person. Distinct analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
