Position Purpose / Summary:Generate, verify and analyze the integrity of the master production schedule, ensuring the existence of material to comply with said schedule and, above all, maintain absolute control of the inventory in the system throughout the entire process.Primary Responsibilities:- Prepare lists of criticnished producr production according to warehouse stocks. Likewise, critical materials within the área of --rnal customers.- Develop production schedules and production plannir rnal customers and the business unit.- Supervise the warehouses and assigned arer the logistics of raw material and shipment nished product, as well as those of rnal clients.- Monitoring of and production standards to deliver on time to rnal customers.- Monitoring of performance of the production área, resolving áreas of opportunity and timely reporting of new processes and production programs in a timely manner.- Make reports of production programs verbally and electronically to the interested team.- Approve and provide explanation of adjustments to inventory balances and losses thereof as corrective actions.- Make daily and timely schedule report.- Control engineering changes and deviations, carry out substitution transactions and/or deviation of parts.- Monitoringof engineering changes that occur during production processes.- Verify all the corresponding planning parameters in the products and processes of the production lines, painting, rework, etc. and rnal clients.- Meet the requirements of the IATF16949 and ISO14001 systems that are applicable to them.- Comply with the provisions of the Snctions and Responsibilities MatrirmS283S, to comply with the ISO14001 system.- Responsibr taking preventive action when detecting any unsafe act or condition that endangers the safety of personnel and that impacts the of the product we send to our customers.- The listing of these activities denotes the responsibility and authority that each responsible TRICO employee hr the execution of their responsibilities.
