**What you will do**
- Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
- Coordinate the Physically inventories and Cycle Counts.
- Responsable for all materials and supplies in the store's facilities; audits goods received into warehouse.
- Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
- Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
- Manages and supervises a multi-disciplinary team with primary responsibility for providing guidance, such as delegating work assignments to direct employees.
**What you need**
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineer or correlated area or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Warehouse, Inventory Control, or continuous improvement area and in the manufacturing environment required
- Previous experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- lean tools practitioner or lean tools knowledge desired
- Advanced English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel mid-level expertise and Power Point), Internet browsers and Outlook
- ERP experience is desired (SAP System)
- Availability to work in the 2º shift and to rotate between shifts
