**Key Responsibilities**:- Strategically manage the warehouse in accordance with the company's policies and vision.- Supervise receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance operations.- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operating policies and procedures.- Comply with all legal requirements for storage, handling and shipping.- Maintain health and safety, hygiene, and protection standards and regulations.- Manage stock control and reconcile within the data storage system.- Prepare annual budget together with VP of Operations- Interact with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.- Plan work shifts, assign tasks appropriately, and evaluate/measure results.- Recruit, select, guide, train and motivate employees.- Produce reports and statistics periodically (INPUT/OUTPUT status report, dead stock report, etc.
)- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.- Maintain consumables inventory and order.- Ad-hoc reports for clients and finance team.- Prepare export documents at the end of the day.- Receive and manage vendors on-site as they arrive to complete the work necessary within the premises.- Travel within Tijuana and visit multiple sites to oversee operations.- 5+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse processes.- Proactive behavior and ability to communicate and articulate improvement opportunities per site.- Specific end of day reports and ability to complete them within a set period.
Ability to correlate floor level operations to KPI and identify inefficiencies.- **Performance Monitoring and Optimization.
**_*Monitor the performance and reliability of integration and automation solutions, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
*Continuously optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability.- **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing.
**_*Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and and workflows.
While remaining agile for scalability and adjustments for new customers.
*Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration to empower teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and standards.- **Qualifications.**_1.

Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.7.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or proven experience (at least 5 years) within the operational or logistics industry.

Strong analytical, process definition & design, problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot ad hoc issues and optimize automated workflows.10.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.11
