Job Description - Warehouse Supervisor (0091QO) Warehouse Supervisor - 0091QO Key Responsibilities: Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.Responsible for the performance of "standard work" within his or her sector or department.Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.Enforce compliance with quality system and proper application of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.Optimize daily/weekly balance workload/resources (internal, external storage, and freight capacities).Adjust MPH (Material Providing and Handling) programs according to customer priorities in the ad-hoc systems (LDS, DISS, …).Ensure management of the logistics process: receiving goods > stocking > picking > material handling > shipping finished goods and wastes.Lead the SIM loop 2 with appropriate indicators & action plan and ensure compliance with SPS of the SIM 1.Organize the training needs of teams and manage versatility in accordance with the target defined.Synchronize support function actors on short-term actions.Manage warehouse processes performance and his team according to SPS/SIM rules and cycle event of the plant.Guarantee that service level, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance & productivity goals are reached.Manage the yearly appraisal of all DVC inside the sector.Monitor and analyze logistic costs.Required Skills: Inventory AnalysisInventory AccuracyWarehouse OperationsInventory ControlQualifications: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Engineering, or related fields.Ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions.Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision.Proactively seek out information, training, and resources for continual professional development.Partner, influence, collaborate & communicate across the enterprise.Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution.Work within peer group and leadership infrastructure to ensure best practices and opportunities are delivered.Strong verbal/presentation and written communication skills in a complex organization.Basic English proficiency.Experience with SAP is a must.Leadership skills.Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
