Medical company is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor.General Function:Responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, equipment, and parts in the warehouse including but not limited to the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Send and receive materials.Monitor the expiration date of materials, warning before expiration and scrapping after expiration.Register all records of the warehouse.Responsible for periodic warehouse counting, ensuring compliance between account and goods.Arrange the return for the raw materials which have physical inventory, when necessary.Daily update of the chemical account according to the chemical requisitioning.Survey the environment of the semi-finished products warehouse, maintaining a good environment during non-working hours.Inventory physical counting and reconciliation process with accounting records.Warehouse space planning.Order process and finished product inventory.Order packaging information and documents.Raw material and finished products in-and-out of the warehouse.Inventory report, receiving/shipping documents, distribution cost.Cross-training of warehouse staff.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required.At least 3 years of warehouse/inventory experience required.1 year of supervisory experience.Advanced English.To work from Monday to Friday in Parque Industrial "El Pacífico".#J-18808-Ljbffr
