Essity B 316.9 (+0 SEK) on 20-Sep-2024 17:29Responsible for system operation (administration), training and user support, and system support.What You Will DoMonitor and ensure the correct operation of the WMS system.Manage and administer inventory through the WMS system.Reconcile information between the WMS system and SAP.Coordinate physical inventories periodically.Participate in global projects and execute improvement areas.Manage the WMS, billing and inventory areas.Train and evaluate the acquired knowledge of the use and improvements of the WMS system with personnel from the CEDIS involved and at planned intervals.Maintain direct contact with the IT support area to resolve transactional needs of the internal SAP & WMS systems.Document, report and follow up incidents until they are closed according to the assigned security system and the personnel in charge.Generate reports on expiration dates, shrinkage, analysis and inventory rotation.Manage the equipment and devices used in the WMS system.Monitor and comply with current policies.Who You AreEducation: Engineering in logistics, administration, industrial or similar.Experience: more than 2 years in a similar position, as supervisor or coordinator of CEDIS.WMS experience.Experience with personnel in charge (more than 3 people).Analytical skills (interpretation of results, to trigger an action plan).Inventory management.Availability to travel.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
