SummarySupport all W&D and International trade activities with the objective to maximize the Customer Service Level, minimizing working capital and costs while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Drive synergies between divisions and improve performance while complying with international trade laws and GxP regulations. Ensure Business Continuity Plans are in place to protect the Mexican market.
ResponsibilitiesImplement cross-divisional projects to ensure that Warehousing and Distribution operations meet business needs according to Novartis policies.Ensure compliance of import operations, delivering products, semi-finished, and raw materials on time and in good quality according to Novartis standards and Custom and Trade Compliance guidelines.Support the search and selection of Logistics Partners, in line with Technical Operations (TechOps) guidelines and country requirements.Provide necessary support to ensure finished goods availability for sales and medical samples distribution through coordination of transport operations and involved service providers.Optimize the end-to-end efficiency of the sales order delivery process in terms of time and cost, driving synergies between divisions to improve performance.Run quantitative analysis on performance and key performance indicators to manage overall operation in terms of costs, time, and quality.Support strategies and action plans defined by QA, HSE, and Security for third parties, delivering budget and expenses by driving improvement projects.Deploy solutions to drive operational effectiveness by stimulating the use of new systems and tools, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.Minimum RequirementsUniversity/Advanced degree is required; Master's Degree/other advanced degree is preferred.Preferably > 8 years of relevant subject experience in supply chain.Advanced English proficiency.Strong project management skills.Analytical skills.Effective communication skills.Why Novartis:Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
