You will participate in the daily activities of our warehouses in a safe way, including activities such as truck unloading, putting away, storing, picking, truck loading, stock counting.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Work in the warehousing, order picking, palletizing, loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Adhere to all safety and quality checks and specified rules
- Assemble and load product on delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner
- Load product pallets following standard operating procedures in accordance with the daily delivery schedule

- Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.).
- Forklift experience preferred
- Have or be able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment
- Able to Lift a minimum of 50 lbs./25kg

- Asegurar exactitud de inventarios en CAPs, a través de la revisión mensual de las conciliaciones de inventarios, supervisión de envío de inventarios diarios y auditorías mensuales.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de Seguridad / Calidad aplicables a los almacenes, con base en auditorías bimestrales a las operaciones de los CAPs de la región y seguimiento diario vía remota.
- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los controles operativos de CAPs, administrando, supervisando y controlando el trabajo del personal del 3PL.
- Monitoreo a las recepciones de embarque a CAPs provenientes de CEDIS.
Seguimiento a incidencias y tiempos de llegada.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento a la entrega, registro correcto y oportuno de los PODs, en los CAPs y XTrucks.
- Control de inventarios de material POP, a través de la coordinación y supervisión de las actividades del personal operativo del 3PL respecto a la administración de inventarios.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs de desempeño de los 3PLs establecidos en el contrato de Servicios, con la elaboración de planes de trabajo específicos.
**Education / Certifications**:
- Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Administración, otras áreas relacionadas.
**Job specific requirements**:
- Experiência en ontrol y manejo de presupuesto
- Manejo de paquetería Office
- Conocimiento de SAP MM
- Manejo de bases de datos
- Liderazgo e influencia con equipos
- Experiência de trabajo en almacenes
- Experiência con 3PL (deseable)
