Resumen de Posición:A warehouseman is responsible for managing the supply chain process, handling vendor orders and interactions, implementing safety regulations, and checking all packages for quality assurance.
Individuals in this role should be extremely detail oriented and possess basic math skills.
It is also expected that warehouseman have adequate physical strength to successfully unload shipments.
It may be required to operate a forklift or other warehouse machineryResponsabilidades Esenciales:**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Loading and unloading materials.- Loading finishing products (pumps)- Review expected deliveries- Invoice entry- Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory control- Doing cycle counts- Materials entry- Accommodate materials in and out of warehouse.- Delivery of cast iron to machining area- Delivery the bars to providers- Cleaning and accommodate the working area.- Emission of materials- Change the SKU in working orders.- Tracking the requirements of the production area.- Separation of material by working orders.- Realization of the packing list- Registration and control of material output- Loading the scrap metal- Deliver materials on a timely manner to production process to complete full assembly- It's expected that shipments are signed upon receipt, packages are unloaded from incoming trucks, contents are inspected to ensure they're not damaged, and that packages are verified according to orders and invoicesUse machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts, to unload, stack, move, and place products in the proper designated areas.- The warehouseman must adhere to relevant health and safety rules and regulations at all times.
