Job Description: Warm Outbound Caller (English and Spanish Bilingual)We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Warm Outbound Caller to join our real estate team. As a Warm Outbound Caller, you will play a crucial role in our sales and lead nurturing process by contacting leads from our real estate buyer and seller database. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish.**Responsibilities**:Conduct warm outbound calls to follow up with leads in our real estate buyer and seller database.Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with clients through effective communication.Engage in active listening to understand clients' real estate needs, motivations, and timelines for buying or selling.Provide information about available properties, market trends, and real estate services to educate and guide clients.Nurture leads by regularly checking in, addressing any questions or concerns, and providing relevant updates.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, including call outcomes, follow-up actions, and key information.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads to the next stage in the sales process.Continuously stay informed about the local real estate market, including new listings, pricing trends, and industry developments.Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and client information.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads contacted, and nurturing activities.**Requirements**:Fluency in both English and Spanish languages is essential.Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships over the phone.Excellent active listening skills to understand clients' needs and respond effectively.Knowledge of the real estate industry, including an understanding of the buying and selling process, is an advantage.Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow-up on leads.Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software and other communication tools.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.If you are bilingual in English and Spanish, passionate about real estate, and enjoy engaging with clients over the phone, we would love to hear from you.
