The Job
Maintain the company's vendor global databases (US, LATAM, Europe and Asia).
Major Activities Set-up vendors for LATAMReview/approve vendors for US, EMEA and APACSpecial/urgent requests, projects, etc.ReportingThe Essentials Teamwork and collaboration skillsExcellent communication skillsAutonomous and self-motivated, to investigate possible solutions for issues with no pre-established answerOrganized with a methodical approach, to manage a wide range of activitiesAbility to stay focused on tasks, particularly while battling with meeting deadlinesAble to work independently, manage shifting priorities and handle tasks under pressureEnthusiasm and involvement in improving business processesThe Nice to Haves General knowledge of business/commercial processes (purchase, invoicing, payments, taxes, etc.)1-2 years of related experienceERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Ariba) is preferredKnowledge of MS Office toolsEnglish Skills (Advanced or Bilingual).
