They will be a "power user" on the Customer Portals for warranty. They must comply with quality system and documentation requirements. They will escalate issues as needed. All while working as part of cross functional teams often including customers.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:With a focus on continuous improvement and a reduction in warranty costs while meetingtiming requirements:- Develop and maintain a warranty part return log including the receipt and "status" through closure of analysis- Maintain and/or assist with internal and customer reports for warranty (for example: Monthly dashboard; 8Ds; Stellantis - QMTS; Paynter Charts; etc.)- Support the warranty and quality team as needed for warranty reviews, corrective actions, and reporting- Power User of Customer Portals (for example: Ford GSAR; Stellantis PRAS+; GM Part link; etc.): monitor due dates; input responses; and pull reports.- Review customer warranty cost recoveries for validity and report results to meet customer deadlines- Assist with "Work Orders; " Shipping; Test Requests; RMAs as needed- Collect, analyze, interpret and share warranty information appropriately (FAN charts; MIS; etc. ).- Monitor customer related warranty data for out-of-control warranty; report and react accordingly.- Support Warranty Improvement Teams as neededEDUCATION:Associates requiredEXPERIENCE:N/AKNOWLEDGE:- English verbal and written communication skills.FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES- Excellent teamwork with the ability to work globally- Strong organizational skills.- Self-motivated and Results orientedTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES- Microsoft Excel or other expertise required for data handling, graphs, analysis- IT/Computer "proficient" to navigate varied complex customer systems.
