.Quality Assurance Systems EngineerCapable to monitor quality market conditions, define and establish immediate actions for customer protection, and lead the next key activities:Monitors various sources of field quality data (QIDEA, SICAT, etc.) and takes appropriate action in order to achieve quality targets for the assigned CST.Establishes priority and action plans for incident investigation and reporting.Conducts investigative research at manufacturing facilities and sometimes travels to Nissan dealers in the USA or Mexico.Identifies, investigates, and reports quality issues.Leads or participates in weekly Direct Communication (DC) meetings with plant, PQE, and design staff to review current warranty claims/quality issues to be investigated and reported through the DRIVE system.Meets regularly with Plant Quality to identify and resolve quality issues in vehicle manufacturing and occasionally with suppliers (Monozukuri).Requests and analyzes warranty return parts and issues technical reports and parts to the assigned CST.Prepares Information Gathering & QIB reports and provides technical assistance to other departments.Analyzes and identifies engineering & manufacturing issues regarding warranty and durability incidents, and seeks engineering & manufacturing countermeasures.Communicates product issues to management (QRQC / QCS) for countermeasure development. Distributes report results to appropriate groups and tracks corrective action activities.Contributes to 3MIS good performance and brand trust.Additional Responsibilities3MIS daily monitoring (QIDEA).3MIS risk analysis based on forecast and trends.Process Audit.G-CARS follow-up (PHC criteria accomplishment).3MIS charts preparation.Spike prevention activities.3MIS spike analysis.3MIS calculation.Define & establish immediate countermeasures for customer complaints.Database creation for 3MIS control (Excel knowledge).Scrambles at plant & dealership.Meetings with USA, CAN, MEX & GCC markets for customer complaints.TFT's leadership.Incidents duplication.Q3 definition and implementation (vs PHC criteria).Daily CM audits.CM sustainability.DPHU VOC main issues tackled down.Education/CertificationsBachelor's degree in a related Engineering discipline.Previous Work ExperienceFour (4) or more years of directly related professional-level Quality / Engineering experience.In-depth technical understanding of automotive design and development processes, production, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Other Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesLanguage: Strong English language skills with a minimum competency rating of 80%.Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, word processor, PowerPoint, NX-auto, Space Vision, G2B, ALPL, ASK2.Competencies: Process Audit knowledge, Core Tools, TQM, 4M's management, Drawings interpretations, Nissan manuals interpretation, leadership, automotive processes.Must have: Driver's license
