We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Warranty Engineer**, based in **Apodaca Plant**, Monterrey, NL. (E-Systems Division).
As a Warranty Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing the defects of the parts reported by clients, demonstrating the cause of first-level failure, keeping the record and control of the parts analyzed as well as their traceability using the systems established by Lear.
**Your Tasks will be**:
- Receive and manage parts that will be analyzed for GM customer complaints.
- Analyze customer complaints (CAN/LIN/Arduino protocols/high voltage & high current tests/HIPOT), as well as monitor and propose improvements to diagnostic procedures for guarantees.
- Provide support to Quality and Engineering department to detect the cause of failures reported by the client and actively participate in the implementation of actions.
- Prepare internal quality reports, supplier defects.
- Operate, manage and maintain diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, hypots, high voltage sources, etc.
- Read and interpret schematics and electronic product layout.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Education: Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the field.
- Proficient English level
