We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Warranty Engineer**, based in **Apodaca, Nuevo Leon** (E-Systems Division).
As **Warranty Engineer,** you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Diagnostic & Failure Analysis Coordinator.
**Your Task will be**
- Follow-up and analyze customer complaints (CAN/LIN/Arduino protocols/high voltage & high current tests/HIPOT, follow, monitor and propose improvements to diagnostic procedures for guarantees).
- Provide support to the Quality and Engineering departments to detect the cause of failures reported by the client and actively participate in the implementation of actions.
- Prepare internal quality reports, supplier defects.
- Maintain strict control of the RMA inventory.
- Operate, manage and maintain diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, high voltage sources, etc. in good condition.
- Participation in safety, health and sustainability training and campaigns.
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Bachelor's degree/Engineering preferably, mechatronics or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience, preferably in electronic manufacturing (mandatory)
- Mastery of English (mandatory)
- Customer service
- Handling of measuring equipment
- Mastery of Microsoft Office programs. #LI-DNI
