The group leverages this understanding of powertrain clutching technology to develop interactive control systems and strategies for all types of torque management.BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for "dynamic, results driven" individual to join as a Warranty Engineer at our SLP Plant in Mexico.In this role, and under direct supervision of the department Warranty & Supplier Quality Manager, the Warranty Engineer will be primarily responsible for Implement effective solutions for quality problems in guarantees and assembly plants.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Responsible for analyzing product returns due to quality problems in guarantees or plant and generating the analysis report.- Responsible for managing the database of guarantees for domestic or foreign returns.- Process warranty claims with domestic and international clients.- Participation in the projects of the Quality Review Board with the multidisciplinary team for the problems assigned as part of the reduction of guarantees.- Monitoring and follow-up of the gates established for guarantee problems.- Contact with domestic, international and internal BorgWarner customers for answers to warranty problems reported on our products.- Control of the "production checks" sent to the corporate and SLP laboratory and follow-up of the findings found.- Actively participate in the Annual Physical Inventory.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineer or related career.- Time of experience in a similar position: 2 years or more in a similar position
