If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Warranty Engineer, based in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon (E-Systems Division).As Warranty Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Diagnostic & Failure Analysis Coordinator.Your Task will be:Follow-up and analyze customer complaints (CAN/LIN/Arduino protocols/high voltage & high current tests/HIPOT, follow, monitor and propose improvements to diagnostic procedures for guarantees).Provide support to the Quality and Engineering departments to detect the cause of failures reported by the client and actively participate in the implementation of actions.Maintain strict control of the RMA inventory.Operate, manage and maintain diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, high voltage sources, etc. in good condition.Participation in safety, health and sustainability training and campaigns.To be Successful in this role you will need:Bachelor's degree/Engineering preferably, mechatronics or equivalent work experience.At least 4 years of experience, preferably in electronic manufacturing (mandatory).Mastery of English (mandatory).Handling of measuring equipment.Mastery of Microsoft Office programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
