Warranty Engineer Supervisor

Key Responsibilities1. Lead warranty return analysis for root cause identification2. Work with cross-functional team to prevent and eliminate defects on product3. Develop warranty analysis procedures and manuals for new products4. Lead Warranty costs by improving Quality performance (IPTV) reduction5. Reduce Warranty costs by reducing Liability Factors / Burden ratios6. Ensure that analysis results is reported to customers within agreed time scales in customer specific format/portals as required (GM and FCA Portals)7. Conduct detailed trend analysis of warranty return parts, claims, costs andexposure going forward to determine corrective and preventative actions"8. Inform and advise management on budgetary preparation on future warranty spendSkills and Competencies1. Core Tools and problem solving2. Technical knowledge of the product Fuel injection systems3.
