**Warranty Handling Specialist for Motors and Drives**:

The Warranty Handling Specialist is the first point of contact for after sales services customers of the Motion Division in Mexico. In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the final customer to resolve any issues with ABB motors and drives.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Coordinate drives, motors, spare parts, service warranty claims from our customers.
- Enters orders using SAP ERP system for spare parts and products.
- Work closely with product management team to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Determine if equipment is still under warranty and recommend appropriate solution.
- Procure parts or products from ABB factories using Sales Force or Business Online.
- Coordinate field service technician to repair the equipment.
- Monitor costs and back charge factories when possible.
- Proactively inform the customer of the claim status.
- Maintain tracking system of all warranty claims and set KPIs.
- Have a strong understanding of all aspects of the Customer Service department, order handling, logistics, and order follow-up with the customers.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support.
- SAP experience and knowledge of motors and frequency converters is needed.
- An experience participating in improvement processes and process indicators is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Must be teamwork oriented, be ready to take initiatives, able to problem solve, information seeking and eager to lea.
- Fluent English is a must.
