This position serves as the initial contact for our sales agencies to assist with products, systems, and solutions issues. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, responsiveness, fiscal responsibility, commercial sensitivity, and timeliness.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Learns products and processes pertaining to the Warranty Services standard work and product playbooks.Documents field labor claims and replacement fixture or parts data.Utilizes LEAN tools to improve processes, communication, and resolutions for Acuity Brands products, systems, and solutions to drive improved customer satisfaction and a reduction of quality costs.Skills and Minimum Experience RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.0-2 years of experience in Customer Service field.Computer competence and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
