**Responsibilities**:Lead, Support, and Facilitate North America Warranty Spend and CpV improvement initiativesLead and Facilitate cross-functional, cross-regional WIR/CPV Task Force Governance and ProcessPrepare and Present material for Bi Weekly WIR/CPV Task Force meetingsPrepare material for Monthly Warranty, Quality, and Finance MeetingsLead identification of Warranty Spend Improvement OpportunitiesProject Manage Top Issues/Opportunities via WIR Tracker and 2 page summaryLead Regularly scheduled meetings with Core WIR members to facilitate opportunities to drive spend improvementsMotivate Cross functional team to act on identified opportunitiesLead work tasks according to department needsComplete employee training and developmentSustain and continuously improve all current analytics tools and strategically change/develop tools as needed.**Basic Qualifications**:Bachelor degree in Automotive Technology or related Engineering field from an accredited university3+ years' experience in engineering, manufacturing, supplier operations or qualityProject management skillsOrganized and goal orientedExperience with data analyticsStrong sense of accountability and ownershipDesire for continuous learning and improvementExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of people at all levels of the organization**Education Level**: Master's degree or higher5 years of business intelligence / data analytics experienceWorking knowledge of Stellantis Quality suite warranty analytics and tools (WIS, SLICE, Warranty Spend, Quantic, GIMs, MAP, etc.)Quality related experienceFamiliar with dealer service informationOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
