Your territory will reach Northern Virginia. You'll manage American Funds Distributions presence, relationships and business results with key Cross Channel firms. You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations. You're motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them. You are a well-rounded collaborator and work skillfully with other Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunity for better investor outcomes."I am the person Capital Group is looking for."- You have a proven track record in third-party distribution, a broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA and CIT business and sales cultures, and the demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships.- You have a proven track record and a deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction.- You know how to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.).- You are an excellent communicator and have significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.- You're well-versed in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner.- You have one or more of the following designations: Series 7 & 66 designation and/or AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA- In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings._- You can learn more about our compensation and benefits _- here_- ._- _Temporary positions in Canada and the United States_ are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans._
