Don't be afraid to ask!**About the Role**- **Are you passionate about system optimization, web activity analysis and all things related to web administration?**_Olly Olly's Web Administrator is responsible for creating and analyzing reports on team workload and productivity as well as recommending upgrades to the network, server, and related equipment, software, and any other relevant improvements to our processes. They will train new team members in best practices, support the team during times of influx and guide them through troubleshooting any bugs found in the system.This role communicates new ideas and insights directly to the leadership team, as we are constantly improving and evolving our designs as well as our technical capabilities to stay ahead of our competition and provide a high-quality web presence for thousands of clients. They should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage in a team environment
