.**Web Analytics & Business Intelligence Analyst****Location: LATAM****This position is handled as a contract-to-hire****Duties & Responsibilities**- Implement and manage web analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track website performance and customer behavior.- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable analytical solutions and dashboards that combine web data and business metrics.- Conduct deep-dive analyses into web activity, including but not limited to traffic patterns, user engagement, conversion rates, and customer journey mapping.- Work closely with client teams to provide insights that inform website optimization, content strategy, digital marketing campaigns, and performance to broader strategic objectives.- Analyze business data from various sources (CRM, ERP, and external data) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Work with clients to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.- Present findings and recommendations to client teams to support strategic decisions and drive business growth.- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data governance and validation processes as needed.- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in web analytics and business intelligence.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.- Proven experience in web analytics and business intelligence roles, with a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.- Experience: 4+ years of experience implementing and reporting out of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manger, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, etc.)- Confident in working with developers to implement tag management tools and advanced data layers.- Proficient in SQL and experience with programming languages (Python, R) is highly desirable.- Expert in dashboarding and reporting in tools like Google LookerStudio, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.- Ability to communicate complex topics professionally with customers and lead technical discussions.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Willingness to learn and keep pace with the latest advances in data analytics.- Preferred experience with AB test tool implementation (Optimizely, Kameleoon, Convert, VWO, Adobe Target, etc.)- Preferred experience working in digital marketing and reporting from other digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Google Search Console, Full Story, HotJar, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)- Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics is a plus.**What we offer**- Opportunity to work remotely.- Competitive salary.- Dynamic work environment and continuous learning culture.- Education and Wellness Program.**About Nimble Gravity**Nimble Gravity is a team of outdoor enthusiasts, adrenaline seekers, and experienced growth hackers
