The Website manager is expected to have meticulous attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills. To ensure success, the website manager must display an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) and be comfortable with troubleshooting websites and constantly looking to improve the User Experience (UX).As a Website Manager, you will report to the ONE400 Project Managers. You will be responsible for updating client websites with content, blogs, images and meta information so that the sites are optimized for search engines. In addition to updating website content, you will optimize images in next generation website formats, run quality assurance checks to make sure sites meet ONE400 standards and update plugins as necessary. You will also work alongside of website designers and developers to make sure that website functionality is working as intended.**Requirements**:- High level of English fluency and grammar- Attention to detail, able to work methodically- Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and multiple deliverables at once- Strong technical understanding of Wordpress- 2 years of work experience managing WordPress websites- Proven track record and fundamental understanding of CRO**Preferred Qualifications**:- A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification preferred.- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.- Fundamental understanding of technical SEO**Responsibilities**:- Monitor websites' functionality to ensure the website is delivering the desired customer experience.- Receive and process requests for website updates from clients- Perform quality assurance checks on websites that we launch and maintain- Install / Update Wordpress plugins on a regular basis- Setup and utilize Google Analytics, and other reporting support to monitor search engine performance and to make optimization recommendations to the account team.- Perform technical SEO audits on websites that we maintain- Help optimize images, content and other elements to ensure fast loading websites- Communicate with other team members to keep them updated about site performance issues- Ensure that the websites are protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.- Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
