The Content Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Category, Merchandizing, GBU, RBU, System Support (I.T.) and other internal content providing teams to ensure the products on our webstore are displayed appropriately and with eye catching energy.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Work with cross-functional teams to support ecommerce content optimizations
- Continuously seek new ways of understanding and fulfilling the needs of our customers improving customer satisfaction in the shopping journey
- Strong knowledge of process area, experience with process improvement projects and ability to provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Solid knowledge of internet principles and web site production
- Can-do, positive attitude and willingness to work in fast-paced team environment
**Education and Experience Sought**:
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree
- Typically 4-6 years of related experience in business operations
- Experience with website content management systems preferred (HCL WebSphere, Magento, etc.)
- 2 to 3 years of experience with using Microsoft TEAMS, Power Automate (Flow) and/or Power Apps
